Who we are

Leadly is a growth agency for home service businesses. Leadly is operated by Yahya Benmayza, a sole proprietor based in Dayton, Ohio, United States.

What we collect

What you type into our audit form: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email, the stage you pick, and anything you write in the message box.

How you reached us: the page address and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example which ad sent you), plus Meta's click identifiers and cookies (fbclid, _fbp, _fbc), your browser type, and your IP address.

What you do on this page: page views, playing the video, tapping our phone number, submitting the form, and clicking through to book.

How we use it

To contact you about the audit you requested, by phone, text message, or email.

To prepare for and run your audit call.

To measure which of our ads bring in real inquiries, so we spend our ad budget on the ones that work.

Text messages

By submitting the form you agree that Leadly may text you about your audit. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your phone number, or your consent to receive texts, to anyone else for their own marketing.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

This page uses the Meta Pixel, and sends form submissions to Meta's Conversions API from our server. This tells Meta that a visit or inquiry came from one of our ads, so Meta can measure and improve who sees them.

Your email, phone number, and name are converted into a scrambled code (hashed with SHA-256) before they are sent to Meta, so Meta receives the code, not the details in readable form.

You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences. Meta's own use of it is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of services to run this page and your audit. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions. Meta measures our ads, as described above. Cal.com handles booking if you schedule a call. Google provides the Google Meet link for the call. YouTube plays the video, only if you press play.

We never sell your personal information. We don't rent or trade it either.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as we're talking about working together, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email leadly.scale@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The page still works without them.

Children

This page is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
